Personal data
Managing your personal data (GDPR)
Personal data gathered during contact, information, reminder and job application requests on the Divatec website are hosted on OVH servers and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Those data are processed by the Divatec website manager, Maxime Helard, who is the sole recipient of the data arising from contact and sales requests, in order for him to reply to users and create quantified sales proposals on the legal basis of performing a contract. Data from job applications are processed by Maxime Helard in order to reply to those applicants.
The data will never be used for any purposes not listed here, or sent to partners, unless the data subject gives their permission. No personal data other than those requested within this scope will be collected without the knowledge of the data subjects. The collected data may be copied into a client file that has been declared to CNIL (the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties) in the same way as previously.
We kindly remind website users that, in order for Divatec to perform a provision of service sales contract, personal data must be supplied. Users wishing to conclude a sales contract with the Divatec website must be aware that a failure to supply those data will make it impossible to continue the contractual process.
Furthermore, the collected data are stored:
- For clients: For the entire duration of the business relationship. They are stored for sales canvassing purposes for a maximum of three (3) years from the date that business relationship ends.
- For potential clients: A maximum of three (3) years from the date they are collected by the Data Controller or from the date of last contact by the potential client.
- For job applicants: A maximum of three (3) years from the date they are collected by the Data Controller or from the date of last contact by the job applicant.
Furthermore, the data collected by processing personal data from this website will not be transferred outside the European Union.
In addition, data passing through the website is carefully monitored at all times in terms of their security and confidentiality. We use an https website and access to the back office is via complex usernames and passwords for strong protection, along with dual authentication protection. The same goes for the email inbox receiving the personal data of users and clients.
The Divatec website is also equipped with numerous security modules to provide maximum protection against malicious hacks and data leaks.
Users of this website and clients may lodge a complaint at any time with CNIL (the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties), the French supervisory authority.
Lastly, in accordance with Articles 15 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation, users of this website have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing for the data concerning them, as well as the right to object to the data processing performed on the Divatec website. They can do this by going to the Exercise Your Rights page.
