Optimising quarry operations

Implementing a seepage water recovery system to reuse that water. The aim was to reuse the water for washing vehicles before they exited onto the roads, and to wash the road to minimise dust emissions. Two ponds were set up for this: one settling pond and one pumping pond. A box was also installed to hold the pond pump and the road cleaning management system. For vehicles, a washing station was set up on posts with water misters triggered by movement sensors, all managed by an electrical cabinet.
